Blue Chip One Story

I have been wanting Chippy for 6 years now when I first meet him at my father in laws I knew he would make a lovely riding horse. I just had to wait till he was finished racing so after a very successful Racing career he finsihed with 123 starts and 9 wins and many placings winning Mount Gambier 3yo Derby after winning heat and Final. He is one of the most well mannered Stallions I have met and standing at 14.3hh isn't very big has looks of a pony.

He has now started his ridden career and is coming along lovely after a lesson today. We have started doing lot of Led work to have him ready for this show season. He is diffently everything that I thought he would be. We are working on getting him not so lazy and getting some lovely trot and canter work. He is planned to make his debut at Maryborough Ag show in October. Watch here to see how he progresses along.

Chippy first show outing was to Maryborough Show. He was such a gentleman all day and did everything I asked of him. He ended up getting 2nd in Open Stallion and then 1st in Led Standardbred Stallion. He will continue to get better from here.
